Who We Are

The Taboo Collective Events is a Niagara-based organization dedicated to creating inclusive, educational, and community-driven events for those interested in BDSM, kink, sex-positivity, and alternative lifestyles.

We provide safe, judgment-free spaces for people to learn, explore, and connect—whether through casual meetups, workshops, or large-scale events. Our mission is to break stigmas, foster community, and empower individuals through education and shared experiences.

💡 We are not affiliated with the Taboo Show in Toronto—our focus is Niagara and surrounding communities.

What We Do

🌿 Munches (Casual Meetups)

📍 Where: Mahtay Café, St. Catharines, ON
📆 When: Twice per month
👥 Who: One for the general community (18+), one for TNG (ages 18-35)

Meet like-minded individuals in a relaxed, public setting—perfect for socializing and discussing kink-related topics over coffee. Event listings are on FetLife.

🎤 Educational Workshops & Panels

📍 Where: Various venues & online
📆 When: Throughout the year

Topics include:
✔ BDSM & Consent 101
✔ Rope Bondage
✔ Kink & Mental Health
✔ Polyamory & Ethical Non-Monogamy
✔ Communication & Negotiation in Kink

Workshops are led by experienced educators, sexologists, and community leaders to ensure an inclusive, knowledge-rich experience.
